Introducing the Termii Telco Connectivity Monitor [TCM] Tool

For businesses to get the most out of their customer communication activities, they rely on telecommunications to stay connected all day. Managing IT Infrastructure performance and availability is a significant driver of revenue and customer satisfaction.

To help businesses fix or mitigate IT downtime problems and improve the performance of message delivery reports, We're excited to announce the launch of a new tracking tool called The Telco Connectivity Monitor {TCM}!

How will the TCM help Businesses to improve their operations?

The Telco Connectivity Monitor (TCM) monitors the performance and uptime of network routes.

With this new feature, you can monitor and improve the performance of message delivery reports! The TCM helps you track how a route is performing on your account, so you can quickly identify when a particular route has downtime and have greater oversight of message deliveries.

How does TCM work?

The Telco Connectivity Monitor shows the customers the uptime & downtime of each route set on your account. (See screenshots below).
